Archer Must:

  • Obtain a valid hunting license and archery license through Wyoming Game and Fish for Deer or Turkey

  • Obtain a special hunt permit through the Town of Meeteetse for Deer or Turkey- town permits are issued on first come first serve basis and at the Towns discretion/signed waiver.

  • Limitation to Archery only- Type 1, 2, 6, 8

  • Hunting in only designated areas, obtain a map from Town on designated areas

    • Follow Wyoming Game and Fish Standards and Regulations including asking property owners to hunt on their land.

    • Fall-Turkey any bird
    • Deer-designated by hunting license type

  • No burning of tires, steel, paper, cardboard or other trash, only leaves, weeds, and vegitation.
  • Must have a means of controlling the fire and putting it out- a hose connected to the faucet.
  • No burning before 7:00 am and after 7:30 pm.
  • An adult must be present at all times of a burn.
  • No burning in the dumpsters.
